CM : Connection Manager

Le composant Connection Manager gère les dispositifs WAN et établit les connexions via TAPI. Il gère également la négociation des protocoles de contrôle de PPP, EAP (Extensible Authentification Protocol), et implémente aussi Multilink et le protocole BAP (Bandwith Allocation Protocol).
